Yes. Our couches are designed for simple, tool-free assembly and can usually be put together by one person. For larger models, having a second person assist may make the process even easier.
Is assembly difficult?
Not at all. Most customers have their couch assembled within minutes by following the included instructions.
Are different colours available?
Yes. Many of our ranges are available in a variety of fabric colours, allowing you to match your décor.
Can it fit through narrow doorways?
Yes. Every couch is packaged to make moving through standard doorways, hallways and staircases much easier than traditional furniture.
What materials are used to make the couches?
Our couches are crafted using durable timber frames, high-density foam cushions and quality upholstery fabrics selected for their comfort, strength and long-lasting performance.
How do I clean and maintain my couch?
Regular vacuuming and prompt attention to spills will help keep your couch looking its best. Most fabrics can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild fabric cleaner. Always refer to the care instructions supplied with your couch.
Do your couches come with a warranty?
Yes. We stand behind the quality of our products. Every Couch In A Box includes a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for full terms and conditions.

How long does it take to make my couch?
Our standard manufacturing time is typically 7–14 working days, depending on your order

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can usually be changed before production starts. Once manufacturing has begun, changes may no longer be possible on special orders.

We deliver throughout South Africa.
How is the couch packaged?
Each couch is securely vacuum-packed or flat-packed in a heavy-duty cardboard box to

Yes. Because it’s delivered in a compact box, it fits through most doorways, lifts, and

Do I need to be home for delivery?
Yes. Someone should be available to receive and inspect the delivery.

Will the couch regain its shape after unpacking?
Yes. Once unpacked, the cushions and upholstery expand naturally. Full expansion may take up to 24–72 hours.
Are the covers removable?
This depends on the model. Product pages will indicate whether the covers are removable.

Some models have fixed cushions while others have loose cushions.
Can I replace cushion covers later?
Yes. Replacement covers can be ordered for many of our models.

How do I clean my couch?
Vacuum regularly and spot-clean spills immediately using a microfibre cloth with the

Yes, although we recommend keeping claws trimmed and cleaning hair regularly.

Yes. All our couches include a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in

Can I return my couch?
Returns are only accepted for faulty couches. Custom-made items are generally not

We accept secure online payments, EFT, and selected payment providers. We also offer
